Netzcart has full email notification for every option needed:
Order placed confirmation to user AND administration
Order status changed to user when order was processed
User post review notification to administration Also available for administration is option to send a broadcast email to all users or all users based on their category selection as preference. That will allow you to send a specific email to specific group of users.
