NetzCart have a unique program that will allow you to process any returns as fast and accurate as possible.
You can set the maximum amount of time that user can submit a request for return.
You will be notify by email that request was made, then you will be able to process this request from the admin section. Any items you approve for returns will be stored as open RMA.
User will receive automatic email that will give him all RMA details as what products approved, any restocking fees and others. After receiving the items in your warehouse, you can process this RMA any way you need: As Credit, Exchange and any restocking fees.
Again user get full detailed email automatically.
