Administration can add edit or delete product categories. You can also set any category as SUB category of any existing one.
That will be very useful when you want to group categories under main one and there is no limit to sub categories.
in addition to that, each category can be individually set to list products or not (If you just want an information page...), to have all sub categories list as a drop down menu or as a links with their images for easy navigation.
