NetzCart is offering a complete order processing on line!
when user placed an order, this order will be listed according to the payment method he selected. So if he selected a money order or check, this order will be listed in the "Payment Pending" list. When you receive the check, you can move it to the open order list to be process. If paid by credit card and site was set for live payment, his card will be AUTHORIZED ONLY for the order amount.
If user has selected to have out of stock items as backorder, all the items that was NOT shipped at the processing time, will placed as NEW order and will be listed under the backorder list. When processing orders that was paid with credit card, the card will be charged ONLY for the items shipped! That will avoid dealing with refund for the different from the original amount. If the site was set to backorder-free shipping, the new automatic backorder will be listed in the backorder list, otherwise this order will be listed as "Payment Pending" for the additional shipping charge.
Any orders that was shipped will be automatically listed in the Archive listing.
